The Most Interesting Task Is Albert Einstein Essay

Today we, the team of professional writers and editors, are going to discourse upon the Einstein personality, so then you may write your own short essay on albert Einstein.

Einstein studied very badly

In the childhood the famous scientist wasn't a child prodigy. Many people doubted his adequacy, and his mother even suspected congenital ugliness of her child (Einstein had a very big head).

At school where future genius has proved himself to be closed, lazy, sluggish and almost not capable to do something and all the people laughed at him. And teachers said that Albert will never become a normal or even successful man.

Einstein hasn't received the certificate about education in a gymnasium, however he has assured parents that he will be able to be prepared for entering in the Highest technical school (Polytechnic) in Zurich. But the first time he tried - he has failed.

But after having entered Polytechnic, the student Einstein very often cut lectures, reading magazines with the latest scientific theories in the cafe.

After obtaining the diploma he has got a job of the expert in the patent bureau. Because of the fact that assessment of technical characteristics took the young specialist most often about 10 minutes, he was engaged in development of his own theories.

That information is very unexpected and interesting. You may surely use it when writing Albert Einstein essays. Kindly read more about our company of writers and you will be surprised!

The future genius did not like sports

Except swimming ("a type of sports, which demands the smallest energy requirement" as Einstein told), he avoided any vigorous activity. Once the scientist had told: "When I come from work, I do not want to do anything, except mind work".

He solved complex problems and tasks by playing a violin

Einstein had a special way of thinking. He marked out those ideas which were inelegant or disharmonious, from the perspective of generally esthetic criteria. Then he proclaimed the general principle by which harmony would be restored. Also he did forecasts how physical objects will behave themselves. Such approach yielded the stunning results.

The scientist trained in himself an ability to rise over a problem, to see it from an unexpected foreshortening and to find an extraordinary way out. When he appeared at the deadlock, he just played a violin, and then a decision suddenly emerged in his head.

Einstein "has ceased to wear socks"

People say that Einstein was not really tidy and once has commented it in the next way: "When I was young, I have found out that the thumb always comes to an end with a hole in a sock. So I have ceased to wear socks".

He liked to smoke a pipe

Einstein was the lifelong member of the club "Montreal smokers of tubes". He treated a pipe very with a great respect and considered that it "promotes to judge affairs human quietly and objectively".

He hated a fantasy

Not to distort pure science and to give to people false illusion of scientific understanding, he recommended full abstention from any type of the science fiction. "I never think of the future, it will come soon any way" — he told.

Einstein's parents were against his first marriage

Einstein had got acquainted with his first wife Mileva Marić in 1896 in Zurich where they together were studying in the Polytechnic. Albert was 17 years old, Mileva was 21 years old. She was from the Catholic Serbian family living in Hungary.

Einstein's employee Abraham Pays, who had become his biographer, wrote in the fundamental biography of his great chief (published in 1982), that both parents of Albert were against this marriage. Only on the deathbed Einstein's father Herman has agreed to the son's marriage. And Paulína, the scientist's mother, had not accepted the daughter-in-law. "Everything in me resisted to this marriage" — Pays quotes Einstein's letter of 1952.

Nevertheless the wedding was modestly celebrated on January 6, 1903.

Two years before a wedding, in 1901 year, Einstein wrote to his beloved that he had lost his mind, that he was dying, that he was flaring from love and desire. A pillow on which his beloved slept was in a hundred times happier than his heart! Mileva came to him at night, but, unfortunately, only in his dreams.

However, short time later, a future father of the theory of relativity and future father of family wrote to the bride absolutely in other rude tone. He wrote that if she wanted to marry him, she would have to agree to his conditions. Here are his most important points:

1) In the first place, she would take care of his clothes and bed;

2) In the second place, she would bring him meal three times a day to his office;

3) In the third place, she would refuse all personal contacts with him, except those which are necessary for making concession to appearances in society;

4) In the fourth place, always, when he would ask her about it, she would leave his bedroom and his office;

5) In the fifth place, without words of a protest she would carry out scientific calculations for him;

6) In the sixth place, she would not expect from him any manifestations of his feelings.

Mileva has accepted these humiliating conditions and became not only the faithful wife, but also the valuable assistant in Albert's work. On 14, May 1904 they give birth to the son Hans Albert, the only bearer of the family name of Einstein. In 1910 the second son Eduard was born. Since the childhood he had weak-mindedness and had finished the life in 1965 in the Zurich psychiatric clinic.

He firmly believed that he will get the Nobel Prize

Actually the first marriage of Einstein had broken up in 1914 year. In 1919 year during legal divorce proceedings the following written promise of Einstein appeared. He promised to his ex-wife, that when he gets the Nobel Prize, he would give her all the money. She had to agree to a divorce; otherwise she would receive nothing at all".

Spouses had been sure that Albert will become the Nobel laureate for the theory of relativity. He had really got a Nobel Prize in 1922, though with absolutely other formulation (for an explanation of photo effect laws). Einstein had respect for his promise: he had given all 32 thousand of dollars (the huge sum for those times) to the ex-wife. Till his dying day Einstein also cared of defective Eduard, wrote him letters which he couldn't even read without assistance. Visiting sons in Zurich, Einstein stopped at Mileva's house. Mileva took a divorce very hard, she was in a depression for a long time, and she was treated at psychoanalysts. She has died in 1948 at the age of 73 years. Sense of guilt before the first wife weighed Einstein until the end of his days.

Einstein's second wife was his sister

In February, 1917 the 38-year-old author of the theory of relativity had got sick outright. Extremely hard mental work with bad food nutrition in warring Germany (it was the Berlin period of his life) and without any care had provoked a sharp disease of a liver. Then jaundice and stomach ulcer ware added. The initiative of care of the patient was undertaken by his cousin on the maternal line Elza Einstein-Lovental, she also was his sister on the fatherly line.

She was three years older, she was divorced, also she had two daughters. Albert and Elza were friends since the early childhood, and new circumstances promoted them to cosy up. Kind, warm, motherly careful, typical burgheress, Elza adored looking after her famous brother. As soon as the first wife of Einstein — Mileva Maric — had agreed to a divorce, Albert and Elza had got married, Albert had adopted Elza's daughters and he was  in the fine relations with them.

He didn't treat troubles seriously

In a usual state the scientist has been unnaturally quiet, almost slowed down. From all emotions he preferred self-satisfied cheerfulness. He was unable to bear at all when someone near of him was sad. He didn't see what he didn't want to see. He did not treat troubles seriously. He was sure that jokes resolved a trouble. And also he was sure that big troubles can be transferred from the personal plan to the general. For example, to compare a grief from the divorce to the grief brought to the people by war. La Rochefoucauld's "Maxims" helped to suppress his emotions, he constantly re-read them.

He did not love a pronoun "we"

He told "I" and didn't allow anybody to say "we". The sense of this pronoun just didn't reach the scientist. His close friend once saw quiet Einstein in rage when the wife has said forbidden "we".

He often became reserved

To be independent of the standard opinions, Einstein often became isolated alone. It was a childhood habit. He even has begun to talk in 7 years because he did not wish to communicate with somebody. He built the cozy worlds and opposed them to reality. There were the world of a family, the world of adherents, the world of patent bureau in which he worked, the temple of science. "If sewage of life licks steps of your temple, close a door and laugh … Don't give in to rage, remain sacred in the temple". He followed this advice.

He had a rest, playing a violin and falling into a trance

The genius always tried to be concentrated, even when he nursed his sons. He wrote and composed, answering questions of the eldest son, swinging on a knee the younger son.

Einstein liked to have a rest in the kitchen, strumming on a violin of a melody of Mozart.

And during the second part of his life the scientist was helped by a special trance when his mind was limited to nothing, the body didn't submit to established rules. He slept till somebody waked him. He was awake till somebody sent him to sleep. He ate, till somebody told "stop".

Einstein has burned the last work

In the last years of his life Einstein worked on creation of the common field theory. Its sense is mainly in that by means of the one equation to describe interaction of three fundamental forces: electromagnetic, gravitational and nuclear. Most likely, unexpected opening in this area also had induced Einstein to destroy the work. What was in the work? Alas, the great physicist had carried away the answer with himself forever.

He had allowed investigating his brain after the death

Einstein was sure that only the maniac obsessed with one thought was capable to receive considerable result. He had agreed that his brain was investigated after his death. As a result the brain of the scientist had been taken in 7 hours after the death of the outstanding physicist. It was stolen right off the bat.

Death has overtaken the genius in the Princeton hospital (USA) in 1955. Post-mortem examination was carried out by the pathologist by the name of Thomas Harvey. He had taken Einstein's brain for studying, but instead of providing him to science, he had taken away it personally to himself.

Risking the reputation and a workplace, Thomas has placed a brain of the greatest genius in tin with formaldehyde and had carried away it to his home. He had been convinced that such action is a scientific debt for him. Besides, Thomas Harvey within 40 years was sending pieces of the brain of Einstein for a researching to the leading neurologists.

Thomas Harvey's descendants tried to return to Einstein's daughter what remained from a brain of her father, but she has refused such "gift". Since that time the brain remains, on irony, are in Princeton from where it has been stolen.

Scientists who investigated Einstein's brain have proved that gray substance differed from norm. Scientific research has shown that the areas of Einstein's brain responsible for the speech and language were reduced while the areas responsible for processing of numerical and spatial information were increased. Other researches stated increase in quantity of neuroglial cages.
